TEAMS

We are in the process of sorting out team members for the up and coming team events. The first of these is the Horse Trials on Sunday 19 June 2016 at Moreton. For any members who have already put their name forward for this event or would like to please contact Fi (for juniors) or Karen (for seniors) as soon as possible as the entries need to be send off asap.

The next team event after the horse trials is the show jumping on Sunday 3 July 2016 at Bovington, if you are interested please let us know. The last team event of this season will be the dressage on Sunday 10 July to be held at Pinkmead, again please let us know if you are interested.

For all members wishing to take part in teams please be aware of the championship dates and ensure that you are also available on these dates in case you are lucky enough to qualify for them!

For the horse trials the championship is 5-7 August 2016 at Swalcliffe Park, for the show jumping and dressage the championship will be held, as usual, at Lincoln on 10-11 September 2016.

The club will pay for the team entry fee but members do need to pay for their transport costs and also any stabling if required. We are always happy to help arrange transport and help you to share the costs wherever possible.

It is very expensive to send teams, as an example sending four teams will cost £1,000 so we ask that you do try and support as many of our events as possible and if you have any suggestions of events you would like to see please let us know.
