Junior Team Dressage - Sunday 9 October 2016

On Sunday 9th October 2016 I was lucky enough to be part of the junior dressage team. We travelled to Sparsholt College where we competed against other juniors in the winter dressage qualifier. My team was Millie Meadows with Tia, Laura Terherne with Bertie riding in the novice tests and Abi Hawkes with Midge and me and Ruby riding prelim two. This was the first time I had ridden in this test in a competition. I went into the warm up arena and there were lots of larges warming up, I think I was the youngest and Ruby was the smallest! I rode my test and was very pleased with Ruby, she was a good girl and I got a score of 63.79%. After we all finished we waited for the results, we won. I was very pleased and excited. Thank you for letting me be part of the team, it has been such a great opportunity for Ruby and me. I can’t wait to go to the championships next April!!
